Candle Questions
Q: What kind of wax do you use? We use a premium blend of coconut wax, soy wax, beeswax, and apricot wax to create a clean, slow, and sustainable burn. Each blend is carefully crafted for optimal scent throw and performance.
Q: Do your candles have a strong scent? Our candles are designed to be fragrant but not overpowering. We blend our scents to gently fill your space without overwhelming it, perfect for mindful living and cozy moments.
Q: What type of wicks do you use? We use wooden wicks, cotton wicks, and wax-coated wicks depending on the candle style. Our wooden wicks provide a beautiful soft crackling sound, while our cotton and wax wicks offer a clean, even burn. Q: How long do your candles burn? Depending on the size, our candles typically burn for 30 to 60 hours. For best results, allow the melt pool to reach the edge of the container on the first burn and trim the wick before each use.
Q: Are the fragrances in your candles safe to burn? We make sure we shop for and use fragrance oils that are free of carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other concerning chemicals. We will always strive to use the safest scents on the market. We also offer non-scented candles for a cleaner burn.
Q: Are scented candles triggers for asthma or allergies? It is always possible that a particular fragrance might trigger a negative reaction in sensitive individuals. People with known sensitivities to specific fragrances may want to avoid candles with those scents. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated area, whether scented or unscented.

Q: Do you sell more than just candles? Yes! In addition to our signature candle line, we’re introducing sage bundles, and working on expanding our line to include natural soaps and clean home products like non-toxic room sprays and surface cleaners. Stay tuned!
Q: Are your products safe and eco-friendly? Absolutely. We use phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free ingredients. Our waxes and fragrance oils are carefully selected with both you and the planet in mind.
📦 Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to ship my order? Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer local delivery or pickup? We occasionally offer local markets or pop-up pickups in select areas. Join our email list or follow us on Instagram to stay updated!
Q: Do you have a storefront? At the moment, we don't. But we attend different pop-up markets throughout Northern and Southern California during the year. Please sign up for our email list to receive updates on our next event. =)
🔥 Candle Care Tips
Q: Why is my candle tunneling or burning unevenly? Make sure to burn your candle for 2–3 hours the first time, or until the melt pool reaches the edges. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
Q: Are your containers reusable? Yes! Once your candle is finished, simply clean out the container and reuse it for plants, makeup brushes, or keepsakes.
